Midpoint Reflection!

Before I started my internship I wrote a reflection about what I was expecting. Now that I am at my internship I see that it is different from my expectations. For example I was expecting that I would be always be busy with no free time. I also thought that i would be doing many different tasks. Sometimes I am not very busy and sometimes I spend the whole time doing one thing. The differences about my internship compared to IHSL environment are in school we are working together in group, share ideas but in my internship we just do what we have to do, focusing and everyone have a different assignment. The similar is that if you have question to ask, you ask your mentor.
One useful skill skill i acquired from the internship are faxing paper and a better typist. These skills can help me in the future when i have my own job , after finish college. The kind of relationship i have with my mentor and co-workers is very good in both social and intellectuals level. My co-worker always pay attention to me and always here to help me with my works.

I have also matured in professional levels as a result of adult interaction. Working with adults people it is very interesting because i have to behave myself, thinking differently and really challenge me. I think those skills will improve me also for my whole life and trough out for the next semester of internship.
One challenge i had, i was scared to ask question, i spent my whole time in doing one thing and work dependently. Later i figure out it always useful to ask for help when you do not understand and it's not only help me doing the task it also help me moving into a new assignment
